As Digital Marketing Manager for Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, I lead loyalty program strategy, capture product photography for digital and print campaigns, and collaborate with third-party partners like DoorDash and UberEats to drive incremental sales. I also tap into my creative writing background to craft engaging campaigns for social media, celebrity collaborations, and brand partnerships.
Loyalty: Ike’s Love
In 2024 the brand launched a new loyalty program called Ike’s Love. The new program utilizes tiers, or Relationship Statuses as we like to refer to them, instead of a bankable-only strategy. With the introduction of Relationship Statuses, a Rewards’ Shop, a gamified win-back via Spin-the-Bottle, and an updated app, the brand achieved incredible results. In the first year, penetration grew from 15.72% to 24.32%, and conversion went from 3.01% to 6.29%. You can access an outline of the rewards’ program here.
